This deep routed commitment to development, allied with an ongoing dedication to boundary pushing technology, enables Hobart to take customer satisfaction and machine performance to new levels whilst constantly striving to reduce operating costs. The latest result of this dynamic design and manufacturing process is the next generation undercounter machine with unique, new features developed as a direct consequence of our customer back innovation programme.
The new undercounter collection includes:
- A combined wash and rinse arm with self-flushing nozzles which eliminate blockages to give maximum wash performance whilst reducing manual cleaning effort for operators. This allows for a 10% reduction in water consumption on short and standard cycles, which in turn results in a similar reduction in energy and chemical consumption.
- A new E-Save cycle reduces the rinse temperature and operates a shorter cycle to save on electrical energy consumption whilst maintaining wash performance.
- A self-cleaning cycle that has been optimised and automatically activates on drain down to minimise labour required to maintain a clean wash chamber.

Premax:
Hobart’s Premax range offers the best performance on the market combined with the lowest running costs and contains all our latest innovative features as standard. The unique steam cycle obtains optimum wash results whilst the innovative TOP-DRY feature eliminates the need for manual drying on all types of ware including plastics*

Profi:
Excellent wash results twinned with competitive pricing, smart technology and innovative filtration systems, our Profi range guarantees wash quality regardless of soiling, using the minimum quantity of water even in the heat of a busy service. The cutlery premium dishwasher option provides the new standard in shiny, stain free cutlery without the need for manual polishing.*

Our most affordable ranges, combining reliability and ease of use, while benefitting from innovations passed down from our more premium lines.
Ecomax Dishwashers
- All Hobart undercounter machines benefit from quality German manufacturing.
- Our machines are designed and developed to be easy for operators to use.
- An optional automatic integral water softener.
- Includes rinse pressure pump, rinse aid dispenser, detergent dispenser, standard racks, and drain pump as standard. (Excludes rinse pressure pump on G404)
Ecomax Plus Dishwashers
- A counterbalanced door that is easy to use and offers long life operation.
- A deep-drawn wash tank, making it easier for operators to clean.
- An additional third cycle provides for a wider range of soiling requirements.
- Electronic control with digital temperature indication allows for easy operation.
- An optional double rack insert, which allows for two racks to be washed simultaneously giving operators double capacity within a single cycle, thereby reducing operating costs up to 50%.
Profi Dishwashers:
- The unique Cutlery Premium option provides the new standard for stain free, shiny cutlery without the need for manual polishing* resulting in up to 50% labour savings and improved hygiene during the drying process.
- The rotation of the cutlery premium rack during the wash, rinse, and drying phases eliminates overlapping and water shielding to achieve optimal cleaning results without manual polishing.
- A combined wash and rinse arm with self-flushing nozzles eliminates blockages to give maximum wash performance whilst reducing manual cleaning effort for operators.
- The new wash and rinse arm allows for a 10% reduction in water consumption** on short and standard cycles, which in turn results in a similar reduction in energy and chemical consumption.

- The optional self-cleaning cycle is automatically activated on drain down to minimise labour required to maintain a clean wash chamber.
- An interlocked strainer protects the dishwasher from accidental damage, preventing objects being inadvertently dropped into the wash chamber and damaging the pump.
- The SENSO-ACTIVE system constantly monitors the wash water to maintain the optimum water quality for the best wash results whilst using the minimum amount of water. This negates the need to drain and re-fill the machine during busy service.
- Easy to identify, colour co-ordinated parts, and a clip-in wash and rinse arm make it easy for operators to remove and replace parts for cleaning.
- A touchscreen Visiotronic control panel with single button operation means the machines are easy use.
- The machines provide easy to download data for HACCP compliance using SmartConnect App and/or USB data.
- Our undercounter glasswashers incorporate a bottle washing option with a specially designed bottle washing rack and bottle washing cycle.

Premax Dishwashers:
- Premax machines achieve the highest quality wash results in the undercounter range.
- Premax ranges incorporate a unique steam cycle to obtain optimum wash results – steam is more efficient at cleaning as it can reach areas sometimes missed by wash jets and enables optimum wash results without the need for pre-rinse.
- Premax machines have a dedicated cutlery cycle as standard which injects steam into the chamber to loosen food residue and give the best wash results on the market.
- The TOP-DRY feature on Premax machines eliminates the need for manual drying on all types of ware including plastics*.
- The new wash and rinse arm allows for a 20% reduction in water consumption on the Eco cycle**, which in turn results in further reductions in energy and chemical consumption.

This unique cutlery premium option provides the new standard for stain free, shiny cutlery without the need for manual polishing, resulting in up to 50% labour savings and improved hygiene during the drying process, giving front of house teams more time to focus on their customers.
