Hobart has created a unique, active hood-type drying system which can be retrofitted to existing tabling at any time. Installation is simple and can be adapted to a specific kitchen footprint.

Start washing and drying reusable plastics immediately, as the dryer can be installed on your existing tabling to work alongside your current dishwasher.
Using HYLINE Rinse Aid, the system enables operators to dry cups and other plastics in minutes, saving valuable time, while prioritising a fully hygienic finish.
A simple, specially developed rack system ensures that light wash ware won’t topple over and stays in position during the drying cycle for perfect wash results.
