Chefs can use the Precipan to sauté, steam, boil, poach, simmer, fry, grill, smoke or braise, opening up an infinite world of menu possibilities, from à la carte dining, right through to largescale catering operations.

The rapid temperature increase of the pans allows for on demand cooking, saving on Chefs time and electric costs. Chefs can also maximise the Precipan’s potential as a 24-hours-a-day workhorse to batch cook stocks and stews overnight, before resuming normal daily cooking routines in the morning.

For additional versatility, smart multi-temperature zoning of the Precipan’s cooking base allows chefs to cook with precision, allowing for temperature boosts exactly when required.

“The Precipan replaced a 6 ring gas cooker and this is so much better, the temperature control makes the job so much easier with no risk of burning anything, being able to set a specific temperature then leave it to do other work gives me peace of mind. 

After cooking a dish it is so easy to clean ready for the next one, even enjoyable compared to scrubbing pans.  It is really good having the water available at the touch of a button, it reduces wasted time and drains straight into a Gastronorm container, or to the drain without having to move.  There is no worry about splashing or having to make space for containers or a trolley, it has made my job so much easier.

The Precipan is fantastic for our bulk cooking and so much quicker than before, cooking and draining pasta in one chamber then adding to our sauce in the other couldn’t be easier.
