One member of staff often acknowledged by customers is our Service Quotations Administrator for National Accounts, Alison Zenczuk.
Alison has worked within the position of Service Quotations Administrator for three and a half years and has multiple responsibilities:
“Within that quotes team I speak with our National Account customers to make sure the quotes we provide are either converted or declined. I then also offer additional information to help with this decision.
“Alongside this I work with our credit control team as I process the orders and order parts up.
“I’m also a point of contact for the customers in case of any queries they may have.”
Alison shares her favourite part of the job:
"I take great pleasure in helping and resolving issues for both internal and external customers alike."
Alison’s strong work ethic shines through when she discusses where she sees herself in five years:
